The rules for sharing a product, taking part and booking visibility.

The service
MegaLaunch, operated by Matthias Marchione EI, is a directory and product discovery community with optional competitions and paid promotional services. Browsing is open. An account is required for submissions and participation. Keep your account information accurate and your sign-in access secure.
Your products and content
Submit only products and content you own or are authorised to share. You remain responsible for their accuracy, rights and lawful operation. You grant us permission to host, display and promote submitted content as needed to operate your listing or booked placement. We may reject, remove or restrict misleading, infringing, unlawful, unsafe or spam content. Report a concern through Contact, identifying the content and reason.
Community and competition
Do not automate votes, create deceptive accounts, manipulate reviews or harass other members. Eligibility, launch dates, camp selection and voting windows follow the published battle rules. Moderation may remove abusive participation or correct affected results. Buying Pro, Spotlight or a sponsored placement does not buy votes or a ranking advantage.
Free listings and badges
A published Free listing includes the Featured on MegaLaunch website badge. Use it with its link to your actual product page. Additional downloadable badges require an eligible Pro launch, and competition badges also require the corresponding earned result. The free website badge does not indicate a paid Spotlight placement. Do not alter a badge to imply a result or endorsement that you have not received.
Paid services
The price, scope and duration shown before payment govern your order. Pro is purchased per launch. Spotlight and Billboard placements run for their stated periods and do not renew automatically. Custom sponsorship requires an agreed scope and quote. Listings and placements remain subject to moderation. We do not guarantee traffic, sales, votes, search rankings or domain authority. Paid outbound links are labelled as sponsored.
Cancellations and refunds
Our refund policy describes cancellation, non-delivery and consumer withdrawal rights. Mandatory consumer rights always apply. Contact us with your product URL and order reference to resolve an issue.
Availability and external websites
We work to keep MegaLaunch available, but maintenance and interruptions can occur. External products and websites are operated by their respective owners; their terms apply when you visit or purchase from them. We are responsible for our service as required by applicable law. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes, closure and disputes
You can request account closure through contact@megalaun.ch. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, with an explanation where appropriate. Material changes to the service or these terms will be communicated where required and will not remove rights attached to an existing order. French law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Contact us first so we can seek an amicable resolution; competent courts and mandatory dispute rights remain available.
