Pricing for about 100 directories
Submit Juice prices by the size of its list: Free DIY list $0; Classic $197 (20 sites); Premium $297 (50 sites); Premium Plus $983 (until DA 40+)2. None of those plans is 100 directories on its own. To get there you combine two items on its page: Premium ($297) plus the add-on for 100+ directories and blogs (+$197): $4942. MegaLaunch’s plan for that size is Mega: $199 excl. VAT for the whole list, 100 directories, 75 of which met all of its listing rules on 21 Oct 20261.
On the check day, submitjuice.com also showed two pressure signals: a banner offering $100 off with a code, and another saying prices would rise this week2. The comparison above uses the prices printed on the plan cards. If you have a code, ask whether it also applies to the 100+ upgrade before you count on it.
For a smaller first order, Submit Juice’s Classic covers 20 sites2, and MegaLaunch’s Starter costs $99 excl. VAT for 30 directories. The counts do not describe the same thing: Submit Juice’s “sites” can be media outlets, subreddits and blogs as well as directories2, while every entry on MegaLaunch’s list is a directory.
If you want to do it yourself first, Submit Juice’s free DIY plan gives access to its list of 152+ directories, without any submission done for you2. MegaLaunch keeps its list private, but its guide to where to submit a SaaS covers the do-it-yourself route, and the free headline and tagline analyzer helps you write the description you will paste into every form.
How the work is done, and how long it takes
Both services say people do the submitting. Submit Juice’s wording: Manual, by its human team; no bots, as stated in its FAQ2. MegaLaunch’s plans: Submitted by hand1. Neither uses automation as a selling point, which matters if you have read that bulk submission tools can do more harm than good.
Submit Juice starts from a questionnaire, builds a custom list for your product and shares it with you for approval; submissions begin once you confirm your pitch. Its stated timing is 5 to 7 days: all submissions done within one week, staggered over the week2. Staggering the work over the week is its own answer to the question of whether a burst of new links looks unnatural.
MegaLaunch’s timing: Starts within 2 business days (1 business day on Growth and Mega); every submission sent within 7 business days1. You do not pick directories one by one: each plan takes them from MegaLaunch’s list by Domain Rating band. Starter stays under DR 50, Growth adds the DR 50 to 69 directories, and Mega adds those from DR 70 up1. Choosing a plan is choosing how far up the list you go.
Both services deliver submissions, not live listings. Submit Juice warns that some directories publish at once while others take upwards of three months, and MegaLaunch says each directory decides whether and when it accepts a product. Plan your reporting around that delay, whichever you choose.
What you receive
Submit Juice describes its report this way: A listing report with a personal Airtable to track submissions, links to live listings, and a screen recording if applicable2. The Airtable is a practical touch: it remains a place where you can log your own submissions after the order, so the record keeps growing with you.
Its add-ons go beyond directories: Press Bundle (+$293), Graphics Bundle (+$298), a database of 150+ growth strategies2. The Press Bundle aims at news sites, and Submit Juice is candid that pickup depends on the news and the company. MegaLaunch sells neither press distribution nor graphics.
MegaLaunch’s report works differently1: for each directory, it gives the URL submitted, the date, the current status, the listing URL, anything you still need to do and the link attribute found on the live page. The bigger plans add promotion on megalaun.ch itself. Growth includes a Premium launch; Mega adds a month of Spotlight, a product story and a 30-day re-check of every live listing1.
Whichever report you get, it tells you where you are listed, not who clicks. Tag the URL you submit with the free UTM builder, then follow the guide to measuring traffic from directory listings to see which listings earn their place.
DA, DR and the links themselves
Submit Juice puts a number on the result, in its own terms. A DA (not DR) guarantee: DA 20+ on Classic and Premium, DA 40+ on Premium Plus, or you pay nothing2. DA, Domain Authority, is a score from Moz; DR, Domain Rating, is a score from Ahrefs. They are computed from different link indexes on different scales, so “DA 20” and “DR 20” are not the same promise, and a site can sit well above one and below the other.
MegaLaunch describes its plans in DR bands (Growth adds directories from DR 50, Mega from DR 70) and makes no ranking or DR promise for your site1. That is a policy choice. A guarantee about authority is a guarantee about how third-party sites behave, and our explainer on whether directory submissions help SEO goes through what a listing can realistically change.
On link attributes, Submit Juice says this: Most sites it submits to have a dofollow policy; it builds both dofollow and nofollow links2. MegaLaunch describes its list this way: Directories picked for a followed link. On 21 Oct 2026, MegaLaunch checked the link itself on 24 of the 100; for 75 it relies on a third-party report, and 1 gives a followed link only under conditions. Each directory decides acceptance and the link attribute1. Read both the same way: the service picks the directories, but each directory sets its own rel attribute and can change it later.
Refunds, and when the job counts as done
Submit Juice’s terms say: Non-refundable unless approved in writing before payment; a service counts as delivered once the submissions are documented4. Its plan cards repeat that the service is considered delivered once proof of submission is provided. The homepage, though, promises a full refund when the DA guarantee is missed, subject to those terms. Before you pay, ask Submit Juice how the guarantee and the non-refundable clause apply to your order, and keep the answer in writing.
MegaLaunch’s plans state: Full refund if we have not started your submissions3. Past that point, its refund policy covers whatever part of the service was not delivered. Like Submit Juice’s terms, it promises no ranking result, and a consumer’s statutory withdrawal right is unaffected.
What Submit Juice does better
- Its custom list reaches beyond directories to media outlets, subreddits and blogs, and you approve it before anything is submitted.
- It puts a number on the result: a DA 20+ guarantee on Classic and Premium and DA 40+ on Premium Plus, with work continuing or your money back if the target is missed.
- Its free plan hands over a list of 152+ directories2, so you can try the work yourself before paying anyone.
- Paid add-ons cover press distribution and launch graphics, which are outside MegaLaunch’s plans, and the Airtable tracker stays useful after the order.
What MegaLaunch does better
- Its whole list comes in a single plan for $199 excl. VAT1, where Submit Juice reaches 100+ by adding a $197 upgrade to its $297 Premium2.
- A full refund while submissions have not started is written into every plan, and the refund policy also covers any undelivered part after that.
- The report records the link attribute seen on each live listing, and Mega checks every live listing again 30 days after delivery.
- Growth and Mega bundle MegaLaunch promotion: a Premium launch, and on Mega a month of Spotlight and a product story on the blog.
Who should pick which
Choose MegaLaunch if
- You want one plan for a whole list of directories, without stacking a plan and an add-on.
- You want a full refund available until the submissions start.
- You want each listing’s link attribute in the report, and a re-check a month later on Mega.
- A Premium launch on megalaun.ch is on your list anyway, since Growth and Mega include one.
Choose Submit Juice if
- You want media outlets and subreddits in the mix, not only directories.
- You run a software site and want a written DA target with a remedy.
- You want press distribution or launch graphics from the same vendor.
- You would rather start from a free list and do part of the work yourself.

Frequently asked questions
What does a startup directory submission service do?
You send your product details once, and the service fills in the submission forms of many directories for you, then reports where it submitted. Good services also tell you which listings went live, under which URL and with what kind of link. The directories still decide whether to publish you, so a service sells the work and the follow-up, never a guaranteed listing.
Which SaaS directory submission service should I choose?
Start from what you need to happen. If you want reach beyond directories, such as media or communities, a curated service like Submit Juice fits. If you want a broad list of directories done quickly at a fixed price, a list-based service like MegaLaunch fits. Then compare the same things for each: price for the same number of directories, who does the work, the report and the refund terms.
Is there a Submit Juice alternative for 100 directories at a lower price?
On the prices displayed on 24 October 2026, Submit Juice reaches 100+ directories and blogs at $494 (Premium plus its upgrade)2, and MegaLaunch lists Mega: $199 excl. VAT for the whole list, 100 directories, 75 of which met all of its listing rules on 21 Oct 20261. The two do not include the same things: Submit Juice adds media outlets and subreddits and a DA guarantee, while MegaLaunch adds a Premium launch and a re-check of live listings.
Is Submit Juice worth it?
It depends on what you buy it for. Its strengths are a curated list that includes media and communities, manual work, an Airtable tracker and a DA guarantee for software sites. Its terms make payments non-refundable unless a refund is approved in writing before payment, and count the job as delivered once submissions are documented4. If both sides of that fit your plan, it is a reasonable choice.
Methodology and sources
Matt, who runs MegaLaunch, wrote this comparison. Submit Juice’s facts were read on 24 October 2026 on submitjuice.com: the plan cards, the add-ons, the how-it-works steps and the FAQ on its homepage, and its terms of service (last updated 16 October 2025). The price for about 100 directories is the sum of two prices the page displays, Premium and the 100+ upgrade, and the note under it says so.
MegaLaunch’s column is generated from the same constants as its offer page, so a price or delay change there reaches this table at the next build. No Domain Rating row is shown: Ahrefs could not be read for Submit Juice and MegaLaunch on the same day. No observed link type either: both services file submissions on directories they do not own. Submit Juice’s guarantee is in DA (Moz) and MegaLaunch’s plans in DR (Ahrefs); the page does not convert one into the other.
Neither side is shown with a price per directory, since Submit Juice’s counts mix directories, media and blogs. The offer page rounds MegaLaunch’s list to a headline count; this page gives its exact size, and the source note on its price explains what the whole-list plan holds.
MegaLaunch’s prices are shown excl. VAT, as everywhere on its site: tax is added at checkout based on the buyer’s country. Other platforms’ prices are quoted as displayed on their own sites, which do not always say whether tax is included, so a MegaLaunch price and another price on this page may not be on the same tax basis. Compare the totals each checkout shows before you pay.
- megalaun.ch/submission-service, MegaLaunch’s own terms, read from its code at publication. MegaLaunch: plans and prices; price for about 100 directories; method, as stated; turnaround, as stated; report; DR or DA promise; badge or link back required; extras; backlink, as stated. One-time payments in US dollars. Prices exclude VAT. Tax is added at checkout based on your country. The offer page shows each price beside a struck list price (Starter $149, Growth $199, Mega $249); the checkout applies the difference to every order, with no deadline. Mega takes every directory on MegaLaunch’s list: 100 on 21 Oct 2026. That day, 75 of them met all of its listing rules: no badge on your site, a submission that went through, a followed link with no condition and nothing to do on your side. The other 25 are replaced or dropped from an order, so an order can hold fewer submissions than the list. Extras of the Mega plan.
- submitjuice.com, checked on . Submit Juice: plans and prices; price for about 100 directories; method, as stated; turnaround, as stated; report; DR or DA promise; badge or link back required; extras; taking new orders; directories per plan; format; free option; backlink, as stated. Classic, Premium and Premium Plus are shown beside struck prices of $297, $397 and $1083. On the check day a banner offered $100 off with the code ENDOFSUMMER, and another said prices would rise this week. Premium is shown beside a struck $397. The total is the sum of the two prices as displayed. Its FAQ adds that some directories list at once and others can take upwards of three months. Its Domain Authority section limits the Premium guarantee to software websites, subject to its terms, with work continuing until the target or a full refund. Premium Plus only accepts software sites. Both bundles are bought during onboarding. Press pickup depends on the news and the company, as the page says.

- submitjuice.com/terms-of-service, checked on . Submit Juice: refund terms. Terms last updated 16 October 2025. Its homepage separately promises a full refund when the DA guarantee is not met, subject to its terms.
