Affiliate program terms
How the MegaLaunch affiliate program works, what it pays and when.

Joining
Any MegaLaunch account in good standing can join from its dashboard and gets a personal link and code. Joining is free and can be ended at any time by writing to contact@megalaun.ch. We may refuse or end a membership that breaks these terms.
Commission
You earn 30% of the amount a buyer you referred actually pays before tax, after any discount, on every MegaLaunch purchase: Premium launches, relaunches, Spotlight, the Billboard, directory submission packs and video reviews. A Spotlight subscription earns a commission on each monthly payment of its first 12 months. Commissions are calculated in US dollars and rounded down to the cent.
Attribution
A purchase is credited to the last affiliate link the buyer clicked, within 30 days of the click. Without the buyer's consent to Partner referrals, a purchase is only credited when it is made during the visit that started with your link. That visit carries on through a sign-in with Google or X, but an email sign-in link starts a new visit. Purchases you make yourself, from your account, your email addresses or your payment details, earn nothing.
Approval, refunds and disputes
A commission stays pending for 30 days, the refund window, then it is approved. A refund (in full or in part) or a payment dispute cancels it. If it was already paid, the same amount is deducted from your next payouts. We never ask you to send money back.
Payouts
Approved commissions are paid by hand once a month, by PayPal or Wise, to the account email you provide, once they reach $50. Below that, they carry over to the next month. Transfer fees charged by PayPal or Wise, and the taxes on your earnings, are your responsibility.
Promoting MegaLaunch
Promote MegaLaunch honestly and say that your link is an affiliate link. Do not bid on MegaLaunch brand terms in search ads, send unsolicited messages, use misleading claims, create fake accounts or buy through your own link. We may withhold or cancel commissions earned that way and block the account.
Changes
We may change or close the program with notice by email. Commissions approved before a change or a closure are paid under the terms in force when they were earned. Questions: contact@megalaun.ch.
