TripDeputy is a trip planner for the links, screenshots and ideas that pile up before a trip: the video you saved months ago, the restaurant a friend texted, the booking email. Paste them in and they stay with the trip until it's time to plan. When you're ready, you get a day-by-day plan with light arrival and departure days and a rain backup, a packing list, and booking deadlines counted back from your first day. Export to Notion, Google Docs, Sheets, Trello, Todoist or your calendar, or share the plan as a Story or Post card with the people you're going with. The planner is free. Plus is $5/mo or $39/yr: it fills in the plan with AI, re-plans the day, checks opening hours, syncs your trips and reads screenshots and PDFs into the right trip. Pro is for group trips.
